Filter Housing Features

Robust spheroidal S.S. 304 (Grade 1.4301) ensures higher mechanical strength, improved ductility, and increased shock resistance.
Head-to-bowl bore seal ensures greater seal integrity.
Threaded mounting holes on top of the filter head allow for easy panel mounting if line mounting is not an option.
Engraved flow direction arrow indicates proper flow direction, reducing the possibility of improper installation.
Laser masking part number ensures visible identification over time.
Manual drain valve (S.S. 304) with a positive O-ring seal for secure drainage.
Bowls are designed to be easily tightened or loosened with a standard socket wrench.

Filter Element Features

Concept Finite offers six filter media grades to meet a variety of application requirements.
Coalescing grades available with 95% to 99.995% efficiency, with pleated or UNI-CAST coalescing media designs. Options include bulk liquid separator, particulate removal, and oil vapor removal.
Retention clip design ensures elements are seated and sealed properly, minimizing contaminant bypass.
Internal and external S.S. 304 retainers provide structural integrity, including anti-vibration shoulders and standoffs to prevent movement during severe system pulsations.
Element standoff lengths are optimized to allow for maximum liquid contaminant collection in the quiet zone, minimizing carryover.
